2. Booking and Reservations

All flight bookings made through MySkyTrip are subject to availability and confirmation. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, and the contract for air travel is between you and the respective airline.

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices include applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking
  • Flight schedules and prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • You must provide accurate passenger information when booking

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment through our secure payment gateway powered by Paystack. By making a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction
  • All payment information provided is accurate and complete
  • You understand that payments are processed in ZAR

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the respective airlines. MySkyTrip cannot guarantee refunds or changes to bookings. Please review the airline's specific terms before completing your booking.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support
  • Refunds are subject to airline policies and may take 7-14 business days
  • Change fees may apply as per airline regulations
  • MySkyTrip service fees are non-refundable

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of MySkyTrip, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and airline regulations
  • Check all booking details before confirming your purchase
  • Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)

6. Limitation of Liability

MySkyTrip acts solely as a booking platform and is not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Lost or damaged baggage
  • Denial of boarding by airlines
  • Immigration or customs issues
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MySkyTrip, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MySkyTrip and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of MySkyTrip is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

MySkyTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
